The Rev. Kathy Anderson has been pastor of El Divino Salvador since February 2021. In her 20+ year career as a minister, Kathy has served congregations in Cincinnati, OH and Austin, TX. She has also served as a Mission Volunteer in Guatemala, and spent time as a Missionary-in-Residence at the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) headquarters in Louisville, KY.
Most recently, she served in camp & conference ministry as Executive Director of John Knox Ranch from 2011-2018, and as Chaplain & Director of Programs at Mo-Ranch from 2018-2020. In addition to spending time with the saints at EDSPC, Kathy also teaches English 1 at Industrial High School in Vanderbilt, TX.
Kathy has a daughter, and together they have 2 dogs, a cat, and some chickens – with always room for more! In her spare time, she loves to read, cook, spend time on the water, and work with her 25+ bee hives (yes, she is a beekeeper!).
